As the second quarter of school continues we look forward to:

	Practicing addition and subtraction facts
	Using strategies to solve word problems
	Working with calendars and money
	Learning about the Native Americans
	Becoming aware of life in the colonies
	Exploring holidays around the world
	Writing stories with complete sentences
	Preparing to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation in January
	Learning to write letters in cursive
	Identifying nouns, verbs and adjectives
