SOCIAL STUDIES

In the second semester, the third graders travel through Mexico and experience the cultures of the ancient Aztecs, Mayans, and Mexicans of today. We culminate our learning experiences with a fiesta. The children love the pinatas, food, and dancing!

In the spring, we shall study our nation’s capital, Washington D.C. We will share reports and projects that depict our beautiful capital.
