Focus this year:  "Jesus the Way, the Truth, and the Life"

The seventh-grade program draws students to believe more deeply in Jesus and to commit themselves to him through a study of his life and his loving action in the sacraments today.

This year, our 7th graders will be using a variety of prayer to lead them to open their hearts to the Lord in response to the message they hear.  They will also be guided in using the Bible, especially the Gospels.  We will also focus on the importance of making ourselves a community who prays-and will focus on the importance of communal prayer-within the family, among peers, and with the larger parish community.

All in all, the 7th grade year is rich with preparation for young adolescents to achieve a deeper understanding of how they share in the mystery or Christ and his Church.
