Required Registration Materials
PLEASE BRING COPIES OF THESE DOCUMENTS:
-your child’s birth certificate
-your child’s baptismal certificate, if not baptized at Gesu
-your child’s immunization record
-a recent photograph of your child
-legal custody information, if applicable

Admission priority will be given to registered Gesu parishioners. Our Open House will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Music Room. (located on the Ground Floor of the school building) Registration packets will be available at the meeting and thereafter in the school office. Tuition figures for 2012-2013 will be available in early March. All registration materials are due NO LATER than January 27th.
