Easy Ways to Help Our School
We want to remind
everyone of some very easy ways to help our school. These ideas do not require
extra fundraising but they do involve a bit of your time to get registered. In
these tough economic times, it is good to find ways to get a maximum return from
our dollars!
Box Tops for Education-Gesu collects these coupons that are found on many common food products. We have a container here at school for all contributions.
Campbell Soup Labels– Simply remove the label and clip the entire front panel that shows the name of the soup. As these accumulate we are able to purchase materials for our classrooms.
Heinen’s ABC Donation Program-This program is now available to Gesu parents, families, and friends. In the past it was limited to just parents of Gesu students. It is a great way to make your shopping dollars help everyone at Gesu. Register your shopping card online at www.heinensrewards.com. Click on “My Rewards Home” and then select “My Profile” in the upper right hand corner. You can also register for a shopping card via the website. Anyone without internet access can enroll in the ABC program by calling: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at 216.475.2300 Extension 2324. If you prefer to send written correspondence, the Corporate Office address is:
Heinen’s
Customer Relations
4540 Richmond Road
Warrensville Heights, OH 44128
Giant Eagle Apples for Students Program-Your Giant Eagle shopping can also earn educational materials for our school. In this program we will earn points based on a percentage of purchases made at any Giant Eagle store. Our school code is #2290. To register, either go online to: www.gianteagle.com or call 1-800-474-4777. This program runs from September 28th through March 18th. It is necessary to re-register every year. It is open to Gesu families, relatives, and friends.
Target Take Charge of Education-If you have a Target Red Charge Card or Red Check Card, you can designate Gesu School to receive 1% of your purchase each time you shop. Thanks to parents who have taken the time to do this in past years. I have been able to turn our proceeds over to our PTO each year to help with the enrichment programs they support here at school.
