Each year,  through the Gesu PTO, parents are asked to volunteer to serve as room parents.  There are a set of room parents for each classroom in the school.  These volunteers help the teachers with holiday treats, receptions after programs and graduation and they also coordinate gifts for teachers at some grade levels.  Occasionally they organize support for families who are experiencing a crisis too.
